"Do not be conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of the mind,
so that you may discern what is the will of God."
—Romans 12:2
Whenever we gather to pray, to study Scripture or to consider the responsibilities of discipleship, we are building our faith and strengthening our community. At Trinity, we believe that Bible study, theological reflection and spiritual practice are transformative. They are essential to strengthening our faith, preparing us to serve others and deepening our relationship with God.

Children & Youth
Trinity offers programs for children and youth to help them grow in the Christian faith and experience the presence of God in their lives. Programs are designed for three age groups: 3-7 years, 8-12 years and 13-16 years.
We also offer childcare during worship, although we encourage parents to include your children in our Sunday worship service.
Another option for children in elementary and middle school is Children’s Chapel, which we offer on most Sundays. Early in the worship service, we bless the children and send them upstairs for a learning activity. They return to the sanctuary following the sermon.

Adults
Christian formation classes for adults meet most Sundays (from September through May) at 9 am. A midweek hybrid option (Wednesday evening in person and online) is also available. Each year we choose a theological or liturgical theme to reflect on and deeply explore.
The White Feather Historical & Educational Project offers Bible study on Zoom twice a month.
Our Young Adult Bible Study meets on Thursday evenings in the parish hall. This group is open to individuals from their late teens to mid-30s (or so).
During the summer, we offer Bible study on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings, both in person and online.

Centering Prayer
Centering Prayer was developed in the mid-1970s by Father Thomas Keating and his Trappist monks. It is a receptive method of Christian silent prayer that deepens our relationship with God.
Trinity's Centering Prayer community gathers online on Thursdays from 12 to 1 pm. We open with a prayer or poem, followed by 20 minutes in silent prayer. During the last half hour (which is optional) we discuss a text that helps deepen our knowledge and understanding of Centering Prayer. We also share spiritual concerns with one another.
